Angara pine

Angara pine is a valuable species growing in the Angara River basin. Its properties are affected by the natural conditions of the region.
Among these properties are:
- high strength and density, by virtue of which the wood is quite amenable to mechanical processing, retains heat and does not crack in the process of drying;
- resistance to rot;
- beautiful appearance: the wood is characterized by few knots and a light golden color. Over time, it acquires a reddish hue due to its resin content.
Angarsk pine lumber is widely used in finishing and construction.

A product of transport humidity (20% +/-2), sorted in accordance with the technical specifications of the plant, developed as per the GOST 26002-83 sorting rules, and produced in a wide range of lengths (2.7 – 6.0 m with a pitch of 0.3 m) and cross-sections.
